 • Provide ongoing written and verbal communication with hotels, ancillary vendors and client to ensure all specifications are being met and exceeded
 • Develop line item budget with client’s parameters
 • Monitor all expenses and maintain costs within client’s budget
 • Arrive prior to program to conduct pre-event meetings with venue, hotel and ancillary suppliers
 • Perform walk-through to re-inspect all facilities and venue
