Leading up to the Wedding Day:
• Phone detail appointment to go over your vision of the wedding day.
• Venue walk through to go over set-up
• Two hour in person meeting to go through the wedding timeline, ceremony rehearsal line up, vendor information and decor.
• Ceremony Rehearsal coordination. Will work with the officiant and on-site venue coordinator.
• Assistance with layout for ceremony & Reception
• Creation of the timeline
• Creation of the Ceremony lineup
• Final run through of wedding timeline and vendor information list
• Access to call or email with coordinator for additional questions and advice.
• Communication with vendors
• Send all vendors the timeline
Day of Wedding:
• Ten hours of service on site to direct ceremony and reception and to ensure that the day runs smoothly (More hours available at additional cost)
• Assistant coordinator
• Setup of décor provided by the couple (table numbers, favors, guests book & gift table, ceremony décor, signage etc.)
• Vendors point of contact
• Keep wedding on time
• Wedding day emergency kit on standby
• Ensure that the ceremony and reception are set up properly and on time
• Go over timeline and ceremony logistics with the DJ.
• Assist with distribution of wedding flowers, pin on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
• Direct guests to the ceremony and welcome them to sit
• Assist the wedding party to get into place and cue to walk down the aisle. Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
• Direct guests to cocktail hour after the ceremony
• Distribute any final payments and or gratuities to vendors
• Assist with gathering family and bridal party for photos
• Gather gifts and cards to place in a designated vehicle
• Pack up décor at the end of the night
